The following page
is taken DIRECTLY from Page 1 of the City Wide Agent Training
Manual, given to every agent that comes through our doors and
works for City Wide:
SERVICE
Definitions:
1. Work done by one person or group that benefits another
2. An act of help or assistance; "he/she did them a service"
3. The performance of duties by a waiter or servant
4. It is claimed to be a process that creates benefits by facilitating
either a change in customers, a change in their physical possessions,
or a change in their intangible assets
City Wide exists for one reason, and one reason only: to
provide a service. The definitions above are extremely
important to understand, read again, and read again. This is why
you will get paid; because you will provide a service to the people
of New York. There are hundreds of real estate brokerages in Manhattan,
and thousands of real estate agents.
If you were looking for an apartment why should you come to City
Wide? Why work with City Wide? Why give City Wide the opportunity
to earn your business as opposed to any one of the other hundreds
out there? Because we provide a SERVICE unparalleled by any other
real estate brokerage in New York…hands down. To work at
City Wide, to be a part of City Wide, the concept of SERVICE is
something that needs to be crystal clear. We have a database.
We consolidate this information daily, hourly, up-to-the-minute.
Our product is information and a service. We provide a service
to our clients by making the transaction as smooth as possible,
and by allowing our clients to do what they do best, while we
find them their apartment. Being organized, being amicable and
working hard is just the beginning to providing a service.
It is not easy to provide a service to all of your clients. But
it is very important that with each and every person you come
in contact with, you are representing a brokerage firm that is
proud to provide an individualized service to its clients, based
on their lifestyles, their needs, and their personalities. |
