Training Manual:
“The Apartment Rental
Experience (herein referred to as A.R.E.) in
Manhattan is much longer than most people realize.
The average one bedroom apartment in Manhattan in 2005 cost $2,339
per month. Meaning the average apartment hunter is on the verge
of making a minimum $28,068 investment decision for the year,
not including broker fee, moving costs, or utilities which could
easily total an additional $8,000 in expenses (based on a 15%
fee, $200 a month in utilities, and $2,000 in moving costs). Because
of the increasing consideration that hunters in Manhattan are
putting into the A.R.E., we as broker’s need to be increasingly
cognizant and aware of our customer’s needs. The following
manual is just a sampling of how the A.R.E. may occur and some
of the procedures that are involved. The A.R.E. is an annual event
for thousands of Manhattanites. If handled properly, thoroughly
and meticulously being a real estate agent can lead to an extremely
satisfying and rewarding life in the real estate industry.”
This is what we are prepared to do at City Wide; assist in this
decision-making process as industry experts, and a service-oriented
business. We train, prepare, and equip each of our associates,
guaranteeing their ability to assist you in the very large investment
process of finding an apartment, whether it’s $2,339 per
month for a one bedroom apartment or a $5,000,000 townhouse for
you and your family.
