within our company is being held ACCOUNTABLE. What does this mean?
It means that the owner’s of City Wide care if you have
had the best possible experience with your apartment search or
not. It means that we are watching to make sure each agent working
at City Wide has the right tools, the right information and is
capable of providing a service to each of our clients. It means
above all else, that if you have a problem with the level of service
being provided to you from City Wide WE WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT.
