At City Wide, every single one of our agents has the option of negotiating the fee at the point of sale. Although, this will not necessarily apply to every single apartment you may see with your City Wide agent, for the vast majority of apartments within our database we are willing and able to negotiate our fee with you.

What this means is that unlike other brokerages where a manager is the only one who can negotiate the fee, or the guy in the corner office is in charge of setting “target fees”, at City Wide we want our agents’ incentives to be aligned with the clients as much as possible.

Not happy with the fee? We’re not happy unless you’re happy and because of this, we have given each agent the power to make sure the fee is something that makes sense for everyone involved.
