We have worked long and hard hours on creating a database of unparalleled accuracy and efficiency. This is the only real-time database in Manhattan.

What does this mean?
What this means is that as we get information about apartment availabilities and we post it to our internal office database, this information is posted immediately to our website.

The database in our office, and the database on our website is fully-integrated.

Unlike other websites in the industry where the two databases are completely separate, therefore, offering completely different sets of information, our databases are integrated offering the same, accurate information to our agents, as well as to the public.

Unfortunately we are not always able to post this information to our databases instantaneously. Because we are consolidating information from over 290 real estate offices, property management firms, and independent landlords, it’s not easy to upload all of this information immediately. As a result, we sometimes have apartments that are in our office, but are not on the website. We wish to offer you a service, in addition to the wealth of information cycling through our office daily.
