The application process is part of
the Apartment Experience that many people dislike the most. However,
this is also where City Wide is truly able to offer value and
a helpful service to its clientele.
Because of the relationships we have owners, because of the experience
we have in submitting applications, and because of the negotiating
strategy that we have found to work best, City Wide is truly able
to offer clients a distinct advantage when it comes to submitting
applications, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring an overall
smooth process.
